A: The morning after pill can still be effective up to 3-5 days after having unprotected sex. The longer you wait to take it though, the less effective it will be. It is not 100% guaranteed to prevent pregnancy. If the two times you had unprotected sex were within that 3-5 day frame, then the morning after pill could still be effective. Using a condom or other type of hormonal birth control can help you in the future as well.
