The Family Planning Association provides services on a sliding fee scale based on household income, and is not a free clinic.

We accept private insurance, Medicaid, and Medicare.

Even if you have private insurance with a high deductible, we will only charge you what you would be required to pay based on our sliding fee scale.

You are responsible to pay for your services, based on our sliding fee scale, even if you choose not to use your insurance.

Most insurance plans cover preventive health visits (annual exams) and contraceptive (birth control) methods, at no cost to you.

We have Certified Application Counselors on staff who can assist you with Medicaid and/or private (Marketplace) applications.
