Supply Times
Is
it time for more pills? Are you due for your Depo shot? If you are
already a patient at a Family Planning Association clinic and need
birth control pills or your shot, check the calendar below to find
out when you can get your supplies. The supply times for our Ashtabula
and Painesville clinics are different, so make sure you read carefully!
If you would like to pick up your supplies from our Middlefield
clinic, call the Family Planning Association in Painesville at
(440)352-0608 or toll-free at (800)246-1645 to make an appointment.
Since our Ashtabula and Painesville clinics do not require appointments
for regular supply visits, you might have a short wait while we
serve other patients. Don't forget your cash, checkbook, or credit
card (we accept Visa and Mastercard) so you can pay for your supplies!
